Super happy with our EOD experience. Bob B was our installer for our new door. He was on time, easy to talk to, and explained the operational and routine maintenance details for the door. Todd and Jaime were also great to work with throughout the estimate and scheduling/payment phase. Don't hesitate to work with these folks if you're in the Capital Region of NY.

Bob did a great job.

Great service from this company. We were trapped at home when our double garage door failed to open, even manually. Bob from Empire came promptly, explained what needed to be done clearly, and solved the problem quickly.

Graham was very professional, informative, and neat . Answered all my questions and performed minimal work to solve my issues

I wish I could give Bob 10 stars! He was very through from start to finish. I highly recommend Bob and Empire! Thank you for a great job fixing our garage door!

Highly recommend! Professional, prompt, and everything was done perfectly. I will definitely call them again when I need servicing on my commercial garage doors. The team worked really hard to make sure my shop door was functioning correctly.

Bob showed up right on time. Assessed the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Job was done in a timely manner and the garage door is working well!!! Would highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors!

The technician, Bob B., showed up and assessed the repairs needed to my garage door opener. He provided me with options for repair and quoted me a price. Bob was pleasant and friendly and he replaced the parts needed to make the door open/close seamlessly. He advised there was a three year warranty on parts and labor. He left the worksite clean and the door operable. It was a pleasure to meet Bob and I would recommend Empire Overhead Doors sales and service to others.

Rarely write reviews but I have to say I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors. Receptionist is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the process. They set up a very reasonable 2 hour arrival window and send you a text when the technician is on their way. They even text you the technicians name and brief background which is a nice touch. Graham was my technician back in the fall when my torsion springs wore out and had them replaced in short order. Laid out various other preventive maintenance options which was helpful but ultimately just replaced the springs. Just today I had they come out again because my opener seemingly had failed. Graham came out again and diagnosed the issue in 10 seconds and said the safety sensor at the bottom had been slightly bent which was preventing the system from working. He bent it back and it was good as new. He immediately called the office and did not charge me given it was such a simple fix but I appreciated it nonetheless. I said eventually something will fail on my system again and I’ll be sure to give them my business because of the quality service I’d received to date.

Graham, my service rep, arrived early and performed wonderful maintenance and repair for my 13 year old garage door! Very
efficient and explained everything to me step by step. I have always used EMPIRE for
all my needs but here is just another reason to use EMPIRE whenever I need!!

Excellent customer service!!!

Empire OHD is a class act. They are a family-owned business and they treat you like you are a member of the family. I wasn’t able to close my garage door because it had been damaged. They quickly responded and replaced my door and opener. They are friendly and punctual and did a beautiful job with my garage door. I recommend them unequivocally!

Empire recently installed a new garage door and opener for me. They were a pleasure to work with, from the first phone call until final visit from them. Every person I had contact with was courteous and respectful. They installed the new door and took away the old door and track. I had a complicated ceiling situation and only Empire had the skill and creativity to figure out how to install an opener. Shortly after installation, the opener began to open and then close, and refuse to close on its own schedule. Empire was very prompt in their service visits to make everything work properly. Jamie on the phone, Graham installing and Bob as the troubleshooter were all very understanding and helpful. Theyworked hard and replaced parts until my door was working perfectly. I am very pleased with the service I received from this stellar company. I highly recommend them.

Bob was early for his repair visit - he was Quick, Professional and Thorough - he answered all my questions, couldn't ask for more....top shelf business!! 5 stars Plus!!!!

Bob did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I’d most definitely use this company again. 5 stars hands down!

The representative on the phone was helpful and courteous, and the repairman who came to the house arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They are a pleasure to work with!

Needed to have a repair to my Overhead Door and Empire Overhead Doors scheduled me the same day within a few hours of my call for help. Bob, the installer, was easy to work with and I would recommend Overhead Door again.

Excellent communication, Very reasonably priced, great quality

We had an excellent experience with Empire Overhead Doors from the first phone call to the office until the installers were driving away from our home. They installed two openers, one was a replacement and the other was for a door that never had an opener before. They were able to schedule the work for the same week that I called. They were prompt, knowledgeable, polite and did great work. We are very happy with the result.

Excellent service, all around!! From the initial communication with the office to the expert repair from the technicians, Empire gave top notch service! I heartily recommend them.

Bob was friendly and very efficient. Any and all questions were answered professionally and I was very pleased with the service he provided.
