Needed to have a repair to my Overhead Door and Empire Overhead Doors scheduled me the same day within a few hours of my call for help. Bob, the installer, was easy to work with and I would recommend Overhead Door again.

We had an excellent experience with Empire Overhead Doors from the first phone call to the office until the installers were driving away from our home. They installed two openers, one was a replacement and the other was for a door that never had an opener before. They were able to schedule the work for the same week that I called. They were prompt, knowledgeable, polite and did great work. We are very happy with the result.

My technician was pleasant and my service was prompt- same day that I called. Only complaint would be it seemed to cost an awful lot and I never got an itemized bill. But then, I forgot to ask for one.

I have an 18' garage door and the tension spring snaped on a Sunday evening. I have replaced springs on smaller doors my self in the past, it's not a job for a novice. The next morning I called Empire Garage Door and to my absolute amazement I was thrilled as they informed that a technician could be at my home at 830am. As promised the tech ( Graham) showed up on time accessed the situation quoted me a very fair price that I agreed too. He went to work immediately repaired the door, made all of the necessary adjustments and also was able to repair my door opener , (an additional charge) also very fair. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided and have already recommended them to a friend. In today's day and age it's great to know there are still companies out there providing through customer service. I highly recommend Empire Door!

The tech Bob came with his partner and I couldn’t be happier. He replaced the springs and my garage door is now working fine. I am so thankful they were able to fit me in. If you are in need of garage door repair don’t hesitate to call Empire and ask for Bob!

Great experience! Had an urgent situation and they accommodated rather quickly. They did great work as well! Would recommend .

My fifty two year old shed 8x7 overhead door spring broke and jammed the door at the half way point. Empire Overhead Doors technician Robert arrived two business days later. In less than 1.5 hours he replaced the springs, cables, rollers, etc. The door has never worked this well, easy, to lift and very quiet. A fair, not cheap price for a job well done and well worth the price. Robert did an excellent job of explaining and showing me what he was doing regarding old and replacement parts. Jamie was also very helpful regarding date and time of technician visits and available options. Everyone I spoke to was very informative and cordial.

From beginning to end everyone at Empire was amazing! I must have called a thousand times with a million questions and every time Jamie was as nice as can be!! Never once did I feel rushed off the phone or like I was aggravating her. Todd came and did the estimate and was On time, quick and very polite! The guys who did installation were here right on time, did an amazing job, cleaned up the space once completed, gave me some goodies to maintain my door and gave me a run down of how everything works! All and all this was a quick easy painless process! Empire went above and beyond as far as my expectations went! Thanks to Todd and his team for an amazing experience in something I had zero knowledge in!
