Excellent experience working with Empire Overhead Doors! Vanessa was clear, communicative, and prompt with all of the information needed for the repairs. With a very old garage door system broken in several spots, the technicians who first came and did an estimate and assessed the issues (Mike) and completed the repair (Jameson) were professional and timely. While the overall job was expensive, it was a complete replace of almost all every part in the system and almost an entire day of work, so all in all, well worth it. I’d definitely recommend Empire Overhead Doors to anyone who is looking for service.

I have been using Empire for a few years now and they sent to me a special for a winter tune up and roller upgrade which was so reasonable! I asked for some info on a new opener as realizing mine was getting old. Great price and installed while Mike was here. It works great and now I can operate it from my app one happy camper! Excellent customer service and always here when I needed them and living in Schenectady I appreciate them!!!

My cables broke on my door Todd and his team came over and fixed not only the cables but the damage it did when the door smashed to the ground. They went out of their way in a reasonable time period. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Empire doors provided prompt service. I called and made an appointment for next week and they called me the next day to tell me they could do the estimate early. They updated me when they were on the way and arrived as expected. When they got here, they were very professional and personable and got my garage fixed within half an hour. Highly recommend!
