2nd time using this company and Vanessa spent quality time with me helping choose the best door for our garage and couldn't be happier with the outcome. There was a minor issue upon final installation and they came back in 2 days and addressed it. Very pleased!

Empire and the staff were terrific to deal with on my purchase and install of side by side garage doors in Clifton Park. The estimator came out the day after I called, the price was fair, and the install was done professionally. They delivered the doors 2 weeks early and were always pleasant on the phone and in emails.

We had two garage doors put in with garage door openers. Our experience was over-the-top wonderful. From start to finish we couldn't have been happier! Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable. Jamison's work by far is superior. He explained the process before starting and explained how everything worked after the doors and openers were installed. He super organized, neat and left both garages neat and clean. Excellent experience working with Empire Overhead Doors! Vanessa was clear, communicative, and prompt with all of the information needed for the repairs. With a very old garage door system broken in several spots, the technicians who first came and did an estimate and assessed the issues (Mike) and completed the repair (Jameson) were professional and timely. While the overall job was expensive, it was a complete replace of almost all every part in the system and almost an entire day of work, so all in all, well worth it. I’d definitely recommend Empire Overhead Doors to anyone who is looking for service.

I have been using Empire for a few years now and they sent to me a special for a winter tune up and roller upgrade which was so reasonable! I asked for some info on a new opener as realizing mine was getting old. Great price and installed while Mike was here. It works great and now I can operate it from my app one happy camper!
