Comment: Got my garage springs fixed within an hour of the tech being here... and it doesn\'t make any sounds

I am mobility challenged and a door opener is vital. I called they came it was fixed instantly. They even made an adaptation in case power went out that I could pull the door down on my own. Could not be happier!

From my initial meeting with Todd, questions and purchase thru you, to the installation by Mike, your company has been professional, courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Todd explained clearly all door options and costs, as well as what we could expect to happen once we bought the door - I’m so glad we went with the insulated door. Your knowledge of the product and patience prior to my ordering the door was crucial. And finally, the installation by Mike - he set up and was done in about 2-1/2 hours. The door was professionally installed, everything was cleaned up, and he even made sure our old door opener worked with our cars and exterior keypad. First contact with Empire Overhead was positive. Veronica called me back before they even opened. (I called at 7:55 am and hung up when voicemail kicked in). She pounced on a potential customer. Perfect. My old opener failed overnight. :( Empire had the model I wanted. Jameson, our technician, came up to Saratoga Springs ready to work. The opener was installed correctly and quickly. Work area left spotless. Jameson explained the operation, programming and the app professionally. The new Liftmaster belt drive is SO quiet compared to the old chain drive. I wish I swapped out the old opener long ago.

Vanessa was very helpful in scheduling the appointment. Jameson came out quickly for measurements. The day of installation, he texted me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a wonderful job and even finished early. Very happy with Empire Overhead Doors!

I had Empire come out and replace a door spring on one of my garage doors, and then I had them replace the garage door opener on my daughter’s house. I have to say both instances were very positive and I would strongly recommend them for any door needs.

Jamison was very polite and was very patient with all my questions. He was helpful with me making decisions based on his knowledge. All my questions were answered. He even helped me move my snowblower back in my garage. He left the place immaculate. I am so happy with my garage door I can’t believe how quiet it is!

2nd time using this company and Vanessa spent quality time with me helping choose the best door for our garage and couldn't be happier with the outcome. There was a minor issue upon final installation and they came back in 2 days and addressed it. Very pleased!

Empire and the staff were terrific to deal with on my purchase and install of side by side garage doors in Clifton Park. The estimator came out the day after I called, the price was fair, and the install was done professionally. They delivered the doors 2 weeks early and were always pleasant on the phone and in emails.
