Excellent, fast, and professional service! I had a broken spring on my garage door that happened on a Saturday night. I was amazed that Todd came the next day (yes a Sunday) and fixed my door! The price was more than fair, and I will absolutely call this company again!!!

The owner is very prompt, and takes his time and does it right. He installed my mother's in no time and it looks fabulous...I would recommend empire overhead doors to anyone

Needed a service call on our garage door, the spring broke. Was a pleasant experience from the moment I placed the call to when Todd completed the service. Very professional and friendly, and all for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend. My garage door doesn't squeal when it opens/shuts now either. Thank you much!

I had a wonderful experience with Empire Overhead Doors. It started when I called and spoke with Vanessa for an estimate. She took extra time out of her day to talk to me about options. When I called back for pricing on an unit with battery backup, she immediately checked into it and called me right back with the price. I was sold after her great customer service and their price. On top of that, arrangements were made to get the openers installed on a day that fit my schedule. On the day of the install, Todd (owner) came out. I was scheduled between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. He arrived promptly at 10:30 am! Todd was very friendly and talkative. He didn't mind me hanging around a bit while he worked and we had some nice conversations. Todd spent extra time ensuring perfection and had to make a lot of adjustments. I appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors. They are a honest and hardworking small family-owned business. I would much rather give my money to a company like that. Thanks again Vanessa and Todd!!!

I had Empire come out to give a free estimate on door replacement. They were there the same day and worked around my schedule. The gentleman that came out was courteous and thoroughly explained the doors he offered. I had chosen a door that was not in stock so it took 2 weeks for it but was able to schedule my install ahead of time so I could plan a day off from work. They called the day before to state the arrival time and my door looks great. Thanks Empire Overhead! I will be passing your name along to anyone who needs your services.

Just a little over a month ago, I had Empire Overhead Doors come to give my door a thorough inspection. Todd was prompt, friendly and stated what work needed to be done and the cost before doing it. I did what he recommended especially since the cold weather was setting in and didn't want anything to happen to my door with my car in the garage. Superb service and quality work thank you. We have never had a more professional, competent, and genuinely honest person provide us a service as Todd from Empire Overhead Doors. Approximately 9 months ago our garage door opener stopped working and we called the company that installed it about 10 years ago. After an hour assessing the problem the technician concluded that it could not be fixed and quoted us a price of almost $500 to replace the garage door opener. We were appalled at the price and opted to manually operate the garage door instead. Then, our neighbor referred us to Todd and he came over one day after we called him. To our amazement, within 10 minutes, maybe less, Todd had our broken garage door opener working again, without even taking out a tool. He simply realigned the safety sensor and the opener worked immediately. Imagine if we had believed the other company, we would have incurred an unnecessary expense. We cannot thank Todd enough. I had an excellent experience with Todd at Empire Overhead Doors. I put the hatch of my car through my garage twice and needed a new door. Todd gave me a quote the same day I called. He came in one week to install the door, a new opener and a key pad. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend him!

I had Todd come over to install new garage doors at my home. They were 2-8x7's and he had to special order them due to the glass windows. He was very professional while he was there. While I was waiting for the doors, Todd kept in touch advising when they were going to be in and a date to be installed. He showed up for the job at the time he said and finished them in one day. Before leaving he showed me how to operate the new door and set up my home link. He left his work space clean and I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs repairs or replacement garage doors.
