Very professional and got our garage door working!! Very pleased with the service and the customer relations.

Fast, Professional and would highly recommend. I had called empire overhead doors to come replace a spring that had snapped on my garage door, I had asked the specialist to replace all the springs and replace the rollers. What I thought would be lengthy job, was finished quickly. The specialist even fixed loose wire connection in my garage door switch that I had failed to mention. The specialist was very kind, professional, performed a quality repair and at a respectable price.

Great company to work with. Friendly, educated staff. Door installed well in advance of originally specified date. Highly recommend using this company.

My neighbors are elderly and had a garage door that would not close properly after trying a company that was unavailable I called empire and spoke with Jamie. She immediately recognized the level of our need and responded quickly juggling her schedule to provide timely professional service. She was very attentive considering we were going to have a snow storm within the next few days this company fit us in to their schedule within 3 days. The spring on my very old (and heavy) garage door broke this morning and it couldn’t have come at a worse time. I have never had to deal with garage door issues before and had an early meeting at work. I remembered noticing the Empire Overhead Doors service vehicles on the road and gave them a call. Todd (the owner) arrived within what seemed like just minutes! He was so courteous and polite, and within moments of arriving, had the door open so that I could be on my way in time for that meeting. Even more impressive, he had the part needed in stock and made the repairs right away. I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors, and will be recommending them to all my friends family, neighbors etc., etc. My thanks to Todd for the expert service and for making my day!

They were excellent, helped me fix my door when I was out of their service grid! The woman was very friendly and contacted me back in a timely manner! My service technician was a pleasure to work with, went above and beyond, and fixed the door much faster than I expected!

I was highly satisfied from start to finish working with Empire Overhead Doors. Communication was great from phone calls to emails. Graham showed up this morning promptly and got right to work. He was polite, cleaned any smudges he made on the doors, swept up any mess on the garage floor, instructed us on the garage door openers & answered all our questions. Our garage doors & openers were 36 yrs. old & noisy when opening them. Now I love my new garage doors & openers that are so quiet. They make our house look great!! Absolutely perfect job! Empire was very easy and pleasant to work with in every way. They were conveniently available (next day service while other companies said it would be a month or more before they could replace my ancient and totally failed opener). They showed up the cay after I called them at exactly the scheduled time and did and their installers did a totally professional, expert and excellent job in a polite and friendly way. I was delighted with them and the results and can truly recommend them without reservation. Their office staff is also a joy to work with on the telephone.

Two men came. They were on time, polite, friendly. The got right to work and fixed my door. Explained everything, answered all my questions. The price was reasonable. I am happy.

Help! A big noise in the garage! The cable on the garage door broke after 16 years and the spring dropped to the floor. Called Empire Overhead Door. Vanessa sent out a repair person the next day. Todd replaced the springs and put in protective cables. Fast service. I had moved everything out of the way of the front garage area so the repair work, could be done safely.. I now have a label right by the garage door button, just in case I have to call Empire Overhead Door again. Thank you for quick service. Connie Nadas

My 20+ year old garage door was running poorly. I usually do my own work but I know when it pays to call an experienced expert. I selected Empire Overhead Doors because they had a great reputation for quality service and I could see they are a local family owned business. Empire diagnosed the problem and replaced the worn parts quickly. Their price was reasonable. I am very happy dealing with pleasant people, their excellent workmanship, and the ease of not having to do the task myself. I recommend Empire without hesitation.

Serviceman (Todd) arrived as advertised and immediately found the issue. He did a routine check on both doors and did a great job. The doors are in great working order. We highly recommend Overhead Door.

Great experience with this company today. My spring broke on my garage door and I literally was not able to get my car out. Most other places were booked into the following week and based on past experience I wanted to use Empire. They moved some things around recognizing my situation and got somebody over same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

Called on Tuesday- they came Wednesday afternoon assessed the problem and fixed it. Jamie(?) answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful - also very reasonably priced which I appreciated. I am happy to have been able to support a local business .

We experienced a serious garage door emergency which involved a snapped cable that caused our two car garage door to fall off the track while my minivan was inside the garage. I called late on Wednesday afternoon and the technicians arrived the following afternoon and were able to fully repair the door without damaging the vehicle. I appreciated their quick response and found their prices very reasonable.
