Reviews for Empire Overhead Doors

What a FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL company to work with. They take the time to explain what type of garage door will work best for your home. Pricing is excellent along with the removal and installation of the new garage door.

Well it was a long time coming but we finally got our new garage door and opener. My experience with Empire and the professional installer was just excellent. Satisfied just doesn't cover it. Elated, ecstatic and just plain happy with everything. From the office personnel to the installer, professional and caring. Well worth the money!!! I would recommend Empire to anyone looking for service of this type. You will be happy you picked them!!!

Love my new door. There was a delay due to COVID, but they kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way. Even let me come into the office to look at the door I thought I wanted to confirm it was indeed what I wanted as I went from wanting a simple white door with windows to something that had a wood grain look with accessories!!!!

Working with Empire Overhead Doors was a great experience. Easy to schedule, a text on the day of service to let me know the technician was on his way, arrival early in the 2 hour window, and the price was very competitive. I would definitely do business with them again!

This company is a top notch professionally run family business. Vanessa and Todd are well versed and knowledgeable about the product and gave us great advice on our 3 new garage doors and associated openers. Any challenge I came up with, this company stepped up and did what needed to be done. Because our project took so long to get done, they worked hard to maintain their cost (approximately 14 months) that was originally given to us. Todd came out and laid out garage addition and gave onsite on wiring prep and power requirements. By far the best experience we’ve had working with this local company. If you need quality garage doors and a professional installation, than our Empire Overhead Doors on your list. An Awesome experience!

Awesome family business!!! We needed a new garage door and called Empire. Todd came to the house and showed us all of our options. Within a week the door was installed. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again!!

Professional service from a locally owned company. Offered same day emergency service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Todd was very informative and easy to work with and the girls in the office also helpful. The cost was also good. They also let me know when Todd was on his way so I was aware when he would be arriving.

They repaired the garage with no fuss at a very reasonable cost and were professional and a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a garage repair or new garage door and they are my new go to company for this type of work going forward as their service and pricing is far superior to any I have dealt with in the past.

without a doubt, I would recommend Empire Overhead Doors to anyone who needed work done on their garage doors!!!

He arrived friendly and promptly, right at 8am for my 8-9:30am window. Our problem was fixed in just under an hour. The estimate I was given was right on, no surprises there. I would recommend Empire Overhead to anyone in the area, their prices were reasonable and excellent customer service!

My garage door got stuck and I called Empire Overhead Doors, LLC. They had a technician show up the same day and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Am glad they were able to solve my problem.

This is a fantastic family owned business with people who actually care about other people and their needs. They provide Exceptional customer service, professionalism and HONESTY!

I chose Empire Overhead based on their numerous positive customer reviews and they did not disappoint. Vanessa kept me informed and worked with me to find a door I could afford. George and his crew are timely and knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. Great company and service!

Was looking for parts for a garage door opener extremely helpful. Was able to get correct parts. Very nice and knowledgeable.

The guys at Empire Overhead Doors, LLC are awesome!!! They made our vision of a garage door in our new remodeled kitchen become a reality. The door is great quality and looks magnificent. We couldn't have asked for better service as well. We highly recommend and will certainly use in the future if needed. Top notch!

They called before arriving and was right on-time. They located the problem expeditiously and resolved the issue within minutes. Specialist also adjusted the tension of the door when closed as to prevent a gap at the top of the door. He was very competent, polite, and skilled. Thank you Empire Overhead Doors, LLC for your service!!

I had an excellent experience with Empire during every phase of my new door and opener installation. They were able to accommodate the unusual configuration of my very low garage height, and also to allow for an opening that was out of "plumb" due to the age of my home.

Even better, they beat the quote I had received from a competitor, with a higher quality door. Even though It was not a standard size, they had it in stock and it was installed within a week of their visit.

From a customer service standpoint, they were top notch. Great to speak with and helpful throughout.

I moved to my new house in July 2019 and immediately needed my garage door and system evaluated for replacement. I went to Empire's local show room to speak with Vanessa. She was very knowledgeable. She asked me what I was looking for, took me through all of the options, explained the pricing and applications of all the options. Her husband came by for an assessment and answered all my questions and explained the state of my garage door and current setup. They installed the system I chose a week later. The installation was wonderful. He answered all my questions, and left the garage and door very clean after the work was done and verified everything worked before he left. I was very pleased with the professionalism, the work, the break down and description on the quotes they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a garage door, system or any other related work. I value quality and good service from any vendor but truly appreciate when that has both of these qualities and is a family business. I give them 5 stars and will be using them if I need any further work in the future.

The torsion spring on one of our doors snapped this weekend. Called Empire Monday AM and by 2pm we were all fixed. Todd came over and measured the spring. He had to make a quick run to get the right size as ours is apparently a bit unusual in size. He was back in no time and quickly and pleasantly set about repairing the door. Rapid, reasonably priced and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I'll us again if and when it's needed.

Great job! Highly recommend this company. The installation tech, Graham, was especially good. Very neat and professional.

Thank you!

They installed the overhead garage doors yesterday, and we are completely satisfied with both the products (2 doors), and the installation. It took a good portion of the day for him to take out the old doors and install the new ones, openers, keypads, but I couldn't have done it in a week. They were pleasant, competent, and did a wonderful job installing a quality product. I highly recommend them!

We had a spring break that left our garage inoperable. Empire scheduled us right away, got the job diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Todd even explained an easy way to maintain the door for the future. They were super easy to work with! Definitely recommend.

Very easy company to work with, friendly and complete in their information...very courteous with installation reminder and right on time. Installer was very professional and courteous and left the garage clean...very precise with instructions. We are very pleased with all aspects of their service and would recommend based on our experience. Quality product and a very good value...and this company will call you back and stand by their product.
