The technician arrived when they were scheduled. He was very friendly and got the work done quickly and was half the price that I received from another. Very happy with all aspects of the service. Will definitley use again in the future.

One of the springs that helped open my heavy garage door had snapped late on a Friday. Thankfully Empire was able to schedule a technician for the next Monday to make the repairs ASAP. The fix was done quickly, and he give me a run through of the whole system to make sure there were no additional issues. Their staff were easy to communicate with and they made sure I was happy with the work they did for me afterwards. Thanks for the help!

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received today , 8/15/20. They are closed on Saturday I called several other places and empire called me back in a very short time My garage door would not open due to a broken spring . The pulleys were in bad shape so I had them replaced as well. Todd the owner came and was very knowledgable , polite and the job was completed quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend empire overhead door llc.

I called Empire Overhead Doors to repair the broken spring on our garage door. The office was very friendly and helpful. We got a timely text to remind us of our appointment. And, we got a text to let us know when the repair man was on his way - which was on time. The repair was completed quickly and competently. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely call them again if we need anything.

Our garage door broke and was stuck half way( which scared me to leave like that especially at night) so I called Empire OHD and they responded so quickly and the tech was so polite and knowledgeable..im so grateful that I called them!!

Well it was a long time coming but we finally got our new garage door and opener. My experience with Empire and the professional installer was just excellent. Satisfied just doesn't cover it. Elated, ecstatic and just plain happy with everything. From the office personnel to the installer, professional and caring. Well worth the money!!! Love my new door. There was a delay due to COVID, but they kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way. Even let me come into the office to look at the door I thought I wanted to confirm it was indeed what I wanted as I went from wanting a simple white door with windows to something that had a wood grain look with accessories!!!!

This company is a top notch professionally run family business. Vanessa and Todd are well versed and knowledgeable about the product and gave us great advice on our 3 new garage doors and associated openers. Any challenge I came up with, this company stepped up and did what needed to be done. Because our project took so long to get done, they worked hard to maintain their cost (approximately 14 months) that was originally given to us. Todd came out and laid out garage addition and gave onsite on wiring prep and power requirements. By far the best experience we’ve had working with this local company.
