Quite possibly the best overhead door company I’ve ever used, efficient, timely, and competitive

Thank you for the service today. You were timely with the appointment, dud the diagnostics for my 2 garage doors and provided a few different choices for me. Then you were able to install 2 new openers quickly and neatly. You even took time to explain the workings of the outside keypad, remotes, and phone app. Thanks again for everything. 10 out if 10 stars from me!

The company was very responsive and was helpful in finding a solution without having to completely replace the door. Their service quality is excellent. The staff on the ground is brilliant. Nothing but a smooth and very pleasant transaction - would definitely use again or recommend.

Lets start with Sam she was awesome. I called to have someone fix our less then 1 year old liftmaster garage door opener. She said initially it would be a couple of weeks as this was their busiest time of year. That was not what I wanted to hear, she said let me recheck our schedule and when she came back on line said they could fit us in- awesome! Our tech Michael was great knowledgible , professional and fixed the problem. I will only use Empire in the future!

I can’t begin to tell you the amazing customer service experience I have had every step in the process in getting my new garage door. I had worked with Vanessa who is as kind of a person as they come. Our installer took his time and made sure to take extra steps in making sure everything was secure and done right. I highly recommend using Empire Overhead Doors for your next purchase and installment.

Mike was here today and solved all the problems. He called when on the way. His work is efficient, timely, courteous and price appropriate. Empire Overhead door employees are wonderful. I have worked with them for years, and they are consistently excellent.

I would highly recommend empire overhead doors for a multitude of reasons. First, they are a mom and pop operation that really cares about serving the customer with the utmost devotion. True care, not just a facade to gain your business. Second, the price was very reasonable, I was rather surprised at how low the price was. Third, the man who did the installation of my brand new overhead door (Jameson) was an absolute pleasure to watch as he was an organic machine in which the way he worked, flawlessly! Didn't stutter for a second. I even said to him "this is nothing for you is it?" He replied "Got a fork? This is a piece of cake! Hahaha." I will conclude with this, if you need any repairs, replace, or simply maintenance for your overhead doors please call them I guarantee you will be satisfied as much as I am. They are super nice people. And deserve all the business they get. I will use them again in the future. P.S.My neighbor laughed at me as he saw me stare at my brand new beautiful door. Now I have to do the rest of the house. Hahaha.

The spring on our garage door broke and we couldn't even open it manually. Called and they came the next day which was awesome. Ended up scheduling them to also install 2 new openers for the following week. Both times Bob was the service tech. Bob and Jamie in the office were both professional, nice, helpful and fast. It was incredibly easy to deal with Empire both with the emergency service and the new openers. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them.

From the moment I called Empire Overhead Doors to the completion of the work I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Bob our technician was able to complete the repair the following day. His workmanship was excellent and his thorough explanation of how to operate the door was so helpful. Jamie, who took my call and made the appointment added to our exceptional experience. My girlfriend clipped our garage door when backing out, knocked it off the track, broke a cable and pulled down the spring. I called two companies who never returned my call. A friend recommended Empire saying that he and his son had a good experience with them. I called Empire and left a message. They returned my call and made an appointment for their service guy to come over and fix the door. The Serviceman was on time, explained what needed to be done to fix the door as well as to recomend new cables as the old ones were frayed and told me the price. He made the repairs in a timely manner and charged us what he said he would. Empire was professional in that they communicated well and did what they said they would do at a fair price.

Bob is thorough, engaging, prompt, expert, and communicative. The new garage door opener is quiet and smooth functioning. Robin and I are totally pleased!

My wife and I cannot recommend Empire Overhead Doors highly enough. The owner himself came out to consult , advise, and give the estimate which was fair for the excellent quality of the product. After a week of trying to pry open the garage door myself, I gave up and called Empire Overhead Doors. They got me scheduled for the very next morning. Day of, I received a call asking if it was okay for a tech to come early, and I happily agreed. The technician, Todd, got the door fixed, explained the issue, and lubricated the tracks - he was done and gone before the initially scheduled start time! Super happy with my experience, and my neighbors will surely be happy that I have access to my lawn mower again! Updating 11/16/23 - I had another fantastic experience with this company. Graham got my garage door back in working condition - explained what he did, what his recommendations are for the future, and was great to work with. Empire Overhead Doors will definitely be hearing from me when I'm ready to replace this door!
