I had garage door problems back in November. I called Empire and within a few days they came out to check my door. A new door was needed, and they scheduled me 2 weeks out. Then I got a call the next day asking if I could move the appointment UP a week. That says a lot - they had an opening, they would have the door in time, and they proactively called ME to get my door installed earlier than I expected. They said they'd be there between 8 and 9 on the day of installation - installer was knocking on my door at 8:15. BIG PLUS in my book - they show up when they say they will. Quality of install and door is amazing. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any garage door needs and will be using them again should I need anything more done with my garage door.

Great Experience with excellent customer service! Vanessa was always so helpful on the phone and the folks I never got to meet who came to do the estimate and the installation were awesome. They even showed up on a snowy miserable day to get the scheduled work done. The whole process was easy and seamless and so far the workmanship is more than satisfactory. I legitimately looked forward to getting home from work to see my new garage door. Thank you Empire Overhead Doors! You will be a recommendation from me anytime someone asks me.

If I could give Todd and his helper 6 stars~ I would! They made my day! Not only did they install my opener but they fixed my door which hasn't been right since i have owned my home. They showed up earlier than their scheduled time and were done in less than an hour. I was never more impressed with their knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any garage door repairs!!!

Our spring broke and we started to panic as my husband had a big meeting very early the next morning. I left a message on a Monday night not thinking I would get a response. But they actually called me back and Todd came by within the hour around 9pm! It took him less than an hour to fix the door. He was very professional and friendly and even educated us about how to take better care of our spring/door. We are very grateful for this locally owned company and would highly recommend them! Thank you for rescuing our trapped cars and for saving the day!

Professional, prompt and thorough. Todd came next day for an estimate, right when he said he would. I needed a new opener. John showed up right on time on the date of service. He explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new opener. It works great and is extremely quiet, couldn't be happier.

7/11/2017- I had a problem with my garage door. It wasn't landing level on the floor. There was a gap for about 5ft of the length. I called Empire and got an appointment within a few days. Todd arrived on time and assessed the situation with my door. I thought there an adjustment in the control unit, but was wrong. My garage floor had settled causing the gap. Todd did his magic with a little of this and a little of that and readjusted the door so it would land as close to the floor as possible. It looks perfect now. I'm a very satisfied customer. The price was very reasonable and was less than I had thought. Todd was very polite and professional and explained everything that he did. I will surely recommend Empire to all my friends and family. I'm a happy customer.

The office staff is excellent to help how to reset my old garage door remote control which I was dealing with security problem. They are close to the client with compassion on top of professionalism. Thank you.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received. Because the repair was minor and only took a few minutes to be fixed; Todd took the time to check the other garage door and to lubricate both doors since I was already going to pay for a service call. I was also pleased that they were able to come within a few days of calling for an appointment, gave me a reminder call the day before the appointment, the window for the appointment was a mere 2 hours (as compared to others of 3 or 4 hours) and Todd was right on time.
