Of course my garage door broke late in the day on Friday! I called two other companies we had used in the past but neither of them were available. We were so lucky to have Empire come promptly to our home. I was so thankful for their prompt and courteous service. We highly recommend Empire.

I would highly recommend empire overhead doors for a multitude of reasons. First, they are a mom and pop operation that really cares about serving the customer with the utmost devotion. True care, not just a facade to gain your business. Second, the price was very reasonable, I was rather surprised at how low the price was. Third, the man who did the installation of my brand new overhead door (Jameson) was an absolute pleasure to watch as he was an organic machine in which the way he worked, flawlessly! Didn't stutter for a second. I even said to him "this is nothing for you is it?" He replied "Got a fork? This is a piece of cake! Hahaha." I will conclude with this, if you need any repairs, replace, or simply maintenance for your overhead doors please call them I guarantee you will be satisfied as much as I am. They are super nice people. And deserve all the business they get. I will use them again in the future. P.S.My neighbor laughed at me as he saw me stare at my brand new beautiful door. Now I have to do the rest of the house. Hahaha.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Installed our door about 7 years ago & had great service & last night a spring broke & car was stuck in the garage. Today is Xmas eve and they were here by 9:30 this morning & had it fixed in about an hour. Very professional & highly recommend.

18 year old chain drive gave out so replaced it with super quiet belt drive. All done within an hour with friendly knowledgeable service person. Definitely would use again.

Empire Overhead Doors came out the same day to replace my broken springs. The service was quick, professional, and the technician was great to work with. The price was in line with other estimates—still expensive, but that’s just the nature of the repair, not their fault. I really appreciated their speed and professionalism. Recently I had a garage door that was leaning to the left. The garage door opener would not stay down on occasion. A contractor friend recommended Empire. I called made an appointment. The appointment was only 5 days out. The technician showed up diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. I agreed to estimate and he was done within an hour with new cables and adjustments. Technician was very professional and neat. Price was very very fair. I will never call another overhead door company Empire put a sticker next to my inside button that’s the only number I will ever need.

I highly recommend this company for repairs. During Feb 2025 cold spells our door would close but immediately reopen - sometimes we had to leave it up 6 or more inches. We called for repair and the receptionist suggested we try a 'home remedy' first - we did (a simple cleansing of the sensors!) and it worked. I called back to thank her but also request a full inspection. The appointment was made and Mike showed up On time. He analyzed the problem and temporarily fixed it and alerted us to their contract with a lot benefits. I called and scheduled a new motor and rollers, remotes etc under the contract offered. Very efficiently scheduled and James arrived and what a difference! What nice, knowledgeable, and competent technicians, Mike and James. New technology, very quiet motor . End result -this company will be 'ours' without any hesitation ! Expertise, products and customer service - You can't go wrong with them!

A Spring broke on my existing garage door. The service technician arrived right on time, reviewed my current garage door setup in detail, then reviewed with me what needed to be done. He was able to replace the spring and cable very fast and my garage door is working again.

Writing this to thank you for quickly scheduling James and Mike. I was heading for the gym on Thursday when a spring broke and I couldn't lift the door manually. James arrived the same afternoon and got the door opened so that I could pull out and use my car for important medical reasons. He gave me a quote, with options, on the spot, and we settled on replacing all the springs and cables on two garage doors installed in 2002. Today, Mike arrived on time and did the work. Only after he was gone, I realized that he had taken the time to clean all of the windows, including a low-level "doggie" window. I'm really impressed with the work of James and Mike, and hope you realize what a positive image they both provide for Empire!

My Garage door was broken and the motor on the opener died all at once. I called Empire and they were especially friendly and helpful. Someone was sent immediately to manually close the door and fully explain to me what I needed to have done. He was very honest and did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn’t need or try to up grade what I had. The customer service is excellent and the installation was perfect and very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I am so glad I chose Empire !!!
