From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. I highly recommend that everyone should use Empire Overhead Doors when they have a problem. They are courteous and compassionate. I called for emergency service for a senior, and they went out of their way to work out a swift remedy. They kept in touch about the appointment, showed up when they said they would, and came prepared to fix the problem. It's so good to know that there are still good people who care about their customers. If there were more stars 🌟 I would award them.

I was very pleased with Empire overhead doors. I found them on the internet, called him, spoke with a very pleasant and knowledgeable person named Shannen. Everythingg we discussed was ultimately addressed when their representative came to my house the day after my call! Their representative was able to address the issues I had originally listed with Shannon and succeeded on all counts in very short order. The fee for the work was very, very reasonable. I I would not hesitate to suggest Empire overhead doors to anyone who has issues concerning there garage doors or purchasing new doors.

We have been using Empire for years! They are a small local company that are very knowledgeable , polite and courteous. We had a few problems with our door closing and needed new sensors and they did a great job!! Great response, great service! I had used Empire 3 years ago to replace 4 springs on my garage doors. Todd did the work and the service then was excellent and the price much better than others I had checked. This time I had a cable go and sought to have it repaired as soon as possible. Vanessa and Shannon were to the rescue. They are so busy (no surprise with their service and very pleasant attitudes) it looked like I might not be able to have service for 2 weeks; but recognizing my need and my request Shannon contacted me just one day later after finding how to work me into the schedule. On time, Graham and Nelson completed the job. They were professional, courteous, and focussed. They worked diligently to complete the job to my satisfaction. Graham even took time to thoroughly explain to me how to replace a weather seal I had purchased for one of the doors. I highly recommend these folks! Very nice people to deal with and they take customer service seriously! Within an hour I had already referred them to one of my neighbors! Thank You Empire, you're the best! We were pleased with the whole experience with Empire Overhead doors.Prices were reasonable. Most of all, they care about pleasing their customers. They give you a heads up when they arrive and they are on on time.

If i could do 6 stars, I would. Not only were they the easiest to work with and get ahold of, they were also the most reasonable in terms of price. Todd was super accommodating from start to finish. He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) to make sure we got the garage doors we wanted. I will probably never need to buy garage doors again, but if I do, they are the only people I will call.

Have a old detached garage that is in no way straight or plum and was worried about how well a new door would even be installed. Todd came and gave me a price on a new door with disposal of the old door included and was even able to re-use my existing opener. It was also nice that they didn’t try and up sell me and was able to complete the job without me being home. Very pleased

I stopped into the office of Empire about 15 minutes before close, looking for a new garage door opener. I expected to be met with resentment, but the women in the office were extremely welcoming! They took time to describe the openers they had and showed me models as we talked about the features I was looking for. Once we settled on the model, I was able to schedule an install for the next week. They sent me a confirmation email for the appointment, as well as a text. I also received a call when the install tech was on his way. He arrived during the window given and was very professional. He took time to describe how to use the new opener once it was installed. We used the app associated with it, and while on vacation discovered that it had inadvertently been paired with our neighbors remote. I called Empire and they sent someone out to reprogram the next day. I am extremely happy with the service at Empire, from the office staff to the installer. They are completely customer focused. I’d highly recommend this company!
