Reviews for Empire Overhead Doors

Empire Overhead Doors was a pleasure to work with! They were quick, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs garage door repairs and installation.

On time, efficient! Made sure everything worked properly and even followed up!

Great experience and excellent customer service! Fast and flexible appointment for estimate, and very professional installation as well as follow-up!

I am very happy with Empire Overhead Doors. This company did everything they said they would! Our new garage door looks great, was professionally installed, and done when they said it would be. I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors!

Great response, great service! I had used Empire 3 years ago to replace 4 springs on my garage doors. Todd did the work and the service then was excellent and the price much better than others I had checked. This time I had a cable go and sought to have it repaired as soon as possible. Vanessa and Shannon were to the rescue. They are so busy (no surprise with their service and very pleasant attitudes) it looked like I might not be able to have service for 2 weeks; but recognizing my need and my request Shannon contacted me just one day later after finding how to work me into the schedule.

On time, Graham and Nelson completed the job. They were professional, courteous, and focussed. They worked diligently to complete the job to my satisfaction. Graham even took time to thoroughly explain to me how to replace a weather seal I had purchased for one of the doors. I highly recommend these folks! Very nice people to deal with and they take customer service seriously! Within an hour I had already referred them to one of my neighbors! Thank You Empire, you're the best! Special Kudos to Vanessa, this is the third time that she has been there to help me!

We were pleased with the whole experience with Empire Overhead doors.Prices were reasonable. Most of all, they care about pleasing their customers.
They give you a heads up when they arrive and they are on on time.

Great working with Empire from first meeting with Vanessa to final installation by Graham and Nelson. No unexpected costs or complications with the paper, great communication throughout the process and a solid installation of the door. Thanks for a job well done.

A complete professional! I'm very grateful for the quality workmanship. Thank you for taking care of both garages.

Professional. Competent. Great Communication. Highly Recommend!

If i could do 6 stars, I would. Not only were they the easiest to work with and get ahold of,
they were also the most reasonable in terms of price. Todd was super accommodating from start to finish. He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) to make sure we got the garage doors we wanted. I will probably never need to buy garage doors again, but if I do, they are the only people I will call.

This company is very professional and pleasurable to deal with. They came to my home when they said they would be there and did an outstanding job with the repairs that I requested. I give them my highest possible recommendation.

Great Service! On time, superior workmanship, we highly recommend! Call Todd for your overhead door!

Have a old detached garage that is in no way straight or plum and was worried about how well a new door would even be installed. Todd came and gave me a price on a new door with disposal of the old door included and was even able to re-use my existing opener. It was also nice that they didn’t try and up sell me and was able to complete the job without me being home. Very pleased

Excellent job on our door. The installer was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The price was exactly what they stated it would be.

EmpireOverhead Doors is a small family owned business. Great customer service and very reliable. I highly recommend Empire Doors. It was a pleasure doing business with them

I stopped into the office of Empire about 15 minutes before close, looking for a new garage door opener. I expected to be met with resentment, but the women in the office were extremely welcoming! They took time to describe the openers they had and showed me models as we talked about the features I was looking for. Once we settled on the model, I was able to schedule an install for the next week. They sent me a confirmation email for the appointment, as well as a text. I also received a call when the install tech was on his way. He arrived during the window given and was very professional. He took time to describe how to use the new opener once it was installed. We used the app associated with it, and while on vacation discovered that it had inadvertently been paired with our neighbors remote. I called Empire and they sent someone out to reprogram the next day. I am extremely happy with the service at Empire, from the office staff to the installer. They are completely customer focused. I’d highly recommend this company!

Professional and personable, the whole team and experience was exceptional. Although it was a small job, felt like my emergency was their priority as if I was their only customer that day. Highest recommendation. Well done!

From the helpful, concerned and efficient office staff to the polite, knowledgeable and efficient service person it was terrific working with Empire Overhead Doors. Then another surprise was the cost of service: far less than expected, and far more reasonable than the competition. Great job all around!

The technician arrived when they were scheduled. He was very friendly and got the work done quickly and was half the price that I received from another. Very happy with all aspects of the service. Will definitley use again in the future.

One of the springs that helped open my heavy garage door had snapped late on a Friday. Thankfully Empire was able to schedule a technician for the next Monday to make the repairs ASAP. The fix was done quickly, and he give me a run through of the whole system to make sure there were no additional issues. Their staff were easy to communicate with and they made sure I was happy with the work they did for me afterwards. Thanks for the help!

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received today , 8/15/20. They are closed on Saturday I called several other places and empire called me back in a very short time
My garage door would not open due to a broken spring . The pulleys were in bad shape so I had them replaced as well.
Todd the owner came and was very knowledgable , polite and the job was completed quicker than I expected.
I would highly recommend empire overhead door llc.

I called Empire Overhead Doors to repair the broken spring on our garage door. The office was very friendly and helpful. We got a timely text to remind us of our appointment. And, we got a text to let us know when the repair man was on his way - which was on time. The repair was completed quickly and competently. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely call them again if we need anything.
