- Comment: The spring on our garage door broke and we couldn't even open it manually. Called and they came the next day which was awesome. Ended up scheduling them to also install 2 new openers for the following week. Both times Bob was the service tech. Bob and Jamie in the office were both professional, nice, helpful and fast. It was incredibly easy to deal with Empire both with the emergency service and the new openers. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them.
