First contact with Empire Overhead was positive. Veronica called me back before they even opened. (I called at 7:55 am and hung up when voicemail kicked in). She pounced on a potential customer. Perfect. My old opener failed overnight. :(
Empire had the model I wanted.
Jameson, our technician, came up to Saratoga Springs ready to work. The opener was installed correctly and quickly. Work area left spotless.
Jameson explained the operation, programming and the app professionally.
The new Liftmaster belt drive is SO quiet compared to the old chain drive. I wish I swapped out the old opener long ago.
