- Comment: Great Experience with excellent customer service! Vanessa was always so helpful on the phone and the folks I never got to meet who came to do the estimate and the installation were awesome. They even showed up on a snowy miserable day to get the scheduled work done. The whole process was easy and seamless and so far the workmanship is more than satisfactory. I legitimately looked forward to getting home from work to see my new garage door. Thank you Empire Overhead Doors! You will be a recommendation from me anytime someone asks me.
