• Comment: We have never had a more professional, competent, and genuinely honest person provide us a service as Todd from Empire Overhead Doors. Approximately 9 months ago our garage door opener stopped working and we called the company that installed it about 10 years ago. After an hour assessing the problem the technician concluded that it could not be fixed and quoted us a price of almost $500 to replace the garage door opener. We were appalled at the price and opted to manually operate the garage door instead. Then, our neighbor referred us to Todd and he came over one day after we called him. To our amazement, within 10 minutes, maybe less, Todd had our broken garage door opener working again, without even taking out a tool. He simply realigned the safety sensor and the opener worked immediately. Imagine if we had believed the other company, we would have incurred an unnecessary expense. We cannot thank Todd enough. When we eventually need a new garage door opener you can be certain that we will be calling Todd. Thanks a million Todd, we appreciate your integrity. Bill & Maria Wozniak
