• Comment: I had a wonderful experience with Empire Overhead Doors. It started when I called and spoke with Vanessa for an estimate. She took extra time out of her day to talk to me about options. When I called back for pricing on an unit with battery backup, she immediately checked into it and called me right back with the price. I was sold after her great customer service and their price. On top of that, arrangements were made to get the openers installed on a day that fit my schedule.
  
  On the day of the install, Todd (owner) came out. I was scheduled between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. He arrived promptly at 10:30 am! Todd was very friendly and talkative. He didn't mind me hanging around a bit while he worked and we had some nice conversations. Todd spent extra time ensuring perfection and had to make a lot of adjustments. I appreciated the attention to detail.
  
  I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors. They are a honest and hardworking small family-owned business. I would much rather give my money to a company like that. Thanks again Vanessa and Todd!!!
