  • Comment: I had garage door problems back in November. I called Empire and within a few days they came out to check my door. A new door was needed, and they scheduled me 2 weeks out. Then I got a call the next day asking if I could move the appointment UP a week. That says a lot - they had an opening, they would have the door in time, and they proactively called ME to get my door installed earlier than I expected. They said they'd be there between 8 and 9 on the day of installation - installer was knocking on my door at 8:15. BIG PLUS in my book - they show up when they say they will. Quality of install and door is amazing. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any garage door needs and will be using them again should I need anything more done with my garage door.
