• Comment: I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Called and was told they could get to us in five days. I explained that one of our cars were still in the garage and I couldn’t lift the severely broken door to get it out. The person on the phone said hang in there i’ll be over in a few minutes. After the man determined that a bunch of parts were needed to properly fix the door I asked him if he was possibly the owner and he said yes that he and his wife owned the business....
  I was kind of blown away that this guy never asked if I was a returning customer. He owed me nothing really. All he did was respond to a request for help.....
  John, one of Empires service reps did the repairs and tune up in short order. The door works like new now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Empire....look no further, these people are the best!
