- Comment: The torsion spring on one of our doors snapped this weekend. Called Empire Monday AM and by 2pm we were all fixed. Todd came over and measured the spring. He had to make a quick run to get the right size as ours is apparently a bit unusual in size. He was back in no time and quickly and pleasantly set about repairing the door. Rapid, reasonably priced and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I'll us again if and when it's needed.
