  • Comment: I moved to my new house in July 2019 and immediately needed my garage door and system evaluated for replacement. I went to Empire's local show room to speak with Vanessa. She was very knowledgeable. She asked me what I was looking for, took me through all of the options, explained the pricing and applications of all the options. Her husband came by for an assessment and answered all my questions and explained the state of my garage door and current setup. They installed the system I chose a week later. The installation was wonderful. He answered all my questions, and left the garage and door very clean after the work was done and verified everything worked before he left. I was very pleased with the professionalism, the work, the break down and description on the quotes they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a garage door, system or any other related work. I value quality and good service from any vendor but truly appreciate when that has both of these qualities and is a family business. I give them 5 stars and will be using them if I need any further work in the future.
