- Comment: One of the springs that helped open my heavy garage door had snapped late on a Friday. Thankfully Empire was able to schedule a technician for the next Monday to make the repairs ASAP. The fix was done quickly, and he give me a run through of the whole system to make sure there were no additional issues. Their staff were easy to communicate with and they made sure I was happy with the work they did for me afterwards. Thanks for the help!
