• Comment: I stopped into the office of Empire about 15 minutes before close, looking for a new garage door opener. I expected to be met with resentment, but the women in the office were extremely welcoming! They took time to describe the openers they had and showed me models as we talked about the features I was looking for. Once we settled on the model, I was able to schedule an install for the next week. They sent me a confirmation email for the appointment, as well as a text. I also received a call when the install tech was on his way. He arrived during the window given and was very professional. He took time to describe how to use the new opener once it was installed. We used the app associated with it, and while on vacation discovered that it had inadvertently been paired with our neighbors remote. I called Empire and they sent someone out to reprogram the next day. I am extremely happy with the service at Empire, from the office staff to the installer. They are completely customer focused. I’d highly recommend this company!
