• Comment: Great response, great service! I had used Empire 3 years ago to replace 4 springs on my garage doors. Todd did the work and the service then was excellent and the price much better than others I had checked. This time I had a cable go and sought to have it repaired as soon as possible. Vanessa and Shannon were to the rescue. They are so busy (no surprise with their service and very pleasant attitudes) it looked like I might not be able to have service for 2 weeks; but recognizing my need and my request Shannon contacted me just one day later after finding how to work me into the schedule.
  
  On time, Graham and Nelson completed the job. They were professional, courteous, and focussed. They worked diligently to complete the job to my satisfaction. Graham even took time to thoroughly explain to me how to replace a weather seal I had purchased for one of the doors. I highly recommend these folks! Very nice people to deal with and they take customer service seriously! Within an hour I had already referred them to one of my neighbors! Thank You Empire, you're the best! Special Kudos to Vanessa, this is the third time that she has been there to help me!
