- Comment: My neighbors are elderly and had a garage door that would not close properly after trying a company that was unavailable I called empire and spoke with Jamie. She immediately recognized the level of our need and responded quickly juggling her schedule to provide timely professional service. She was very attentive considering we were going to have a snow storm within the next few days this company fit us in to their schedule within 3 days. Wow the technician was professional and fix the door that day the price was affordable too very satisfied. Thank you
