  • Comment: I have an 18' garage door and the tension spring snaped on a Sunday evening. I have replaced springs on smaller doors my self in the past, it's not a job for a novice. The next morning I called Empire Garage Door and to my absolute amazement I was thrilled as they informed that a technician could be at my home at 830am. As promised the tech ( Graham) showed up on time accessed the situation quoted me a very fair price that I agreed too.
    He went to work immediately repaired the door, made all of the necessary adjustments and also was able to repair my door opener , (an additional charge) also very fair. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided and have already recommended them to a friend. In today's day and age it's great to know there are still companies out there providing through customer service. I highly recommend Empire Door!
