  • Comment: My fifty two year old shed 8x7 overhead door spring broke and jammed the door at the half way point. Empire Overhead Doors technician Robert arrived two business days later. In less than 1.5 hours he replaced the springs, cables, rollers, etc. The door has never worked this well, easy, to lift and very quiet.
    A fair, not cheap price for a job well done and well worth the price. Robert did an excellent job of explaining and showing me what he was doing regarding old and replacement parts.
    Jamie was also very helpful regarding date and time of technician visits and available options. Everyone I spoke to was very informative and cordial.
