• Comment: Empire recently installed a new garage door and opener for me. They were a pleasure to work with, from the first phone call until final visit from them. Every person I had contact with was courteous and respectful. They installed the new door and took away the old door and track. I had a complicated ceiling situation and only Empire had the skill and creativity to figure out how to install an opener. Shortly after installation, the opener began to open and then close, and refuse to close on its own schedule. Empire was very prompt in their service visits to make everything work properly. Jamie on the phone, Graham installing and Bob as the troubleshooter were all very understanding and helpful. Theyworked hard and replaced parts until my door was working perfectly. I am very pleased with the service I received from this stellar company. I highly recommend them.
