• Comment: Rarely write reviews but I have to say I highly recommend Empire Overhead Doors. Receptionist is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the process. They set up a very reasonable 2 hour arrival window and send you a text when the technician is on their way. They even text you the technicians name and brief background which is a nice touch. Graham was my technician back in the fall when my torsion springs wore out and had them replaced in short order. Laid out various other preventive maintenance options which was helpful but ultimately just replaced the springs. Just today I had they come out again because my opener seemingly had failed. Graham came out again and diagnosed the issue in 10 seconds and said the safety sensor at the bottom had been slightly bent which was preventing the system from working. He bent it back and it was good as new. He immediately called the office and did not charge me given it was such a simple fix but I appreciated it nonetheless. I said eventually something will fail on my system again and I’ll be sure to give them my business because of the quality service I’d received to date.
