- Comment: The technician, Bob B., showed up and assessed the repairs needed to my garage door opener. He provided me with options for repair and quoted me a price. Bob was pleasant and friendly and he replaced the parts needed to make the door open/close seamlessly. He advised there was a three year warranty on parts and labor. He left the worksite clean and the door operable. It was a pleasure to meet Bob and I would recommend Empire Overhead Doors sales and service to others.
