  • Comment: Lets start with Sam she was awesome. I called to have someone fix our less then 1 year old liftmaster garage door opener. She said initially it would be a couple of weeks as this was their busiest time of year. That was not what I wanted to hear, she said let me recheck our schedule and when she came back on line said they could fit us in- awesome! Our tech Michael was great knowledgible , professional and fixed the problem. I will only use Empire in the future!
