  • Comment: Our garage door was opening and closing on its own. Often stuck part way. Side springs were old and possibly dangerous should they snap. Old wood door was rotting around the edges, the metal handle on the manual lock broke off in the estimator's hands, requiring stitches and he refused to go for help until he completed his task. Talk about dedication! After much discussion of the options from quick fixes to complete replacement and no sales pressure, I went with his suggestions and replaced it all.
    When the parts came in they installed it in a few hours. Now very quiet and working perfectly.
