- Comment: My Garage door was broken and the motor on the opener died all at once. I called Empire and they were especially friendly and helpful. Someone was sent immediately to manually close the door and fully explain to me what I needed to have done. He was very honest and did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn’t need or try to up grade what I had. The customer service is excellent and the installation was perfect and very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I am so glad I chose Empire !!!
