  • Comment: Writing this to thank you for quickly scheduling James and Mike. I was heading for the gym on Thursday when a spring broke and I couldn't lift the door manually. James arrived the same afternoon and got the door opened so that I could pull out and use my car for important medical reasons. He gave me a quote, with options, on the spot, and we settled on replacing all the springs and cables on two garage doors installed in 2002. Today, Mike arrived on time and did the work. Only after he was gone, I realized that he had taken the time to clean all of the windows, including a low-level "doggie" window. I'm really impressed with the work of James and Mike, and hope you realize what a positive image they both provide for Empire!
